low pressure will undergo rapid strengthening today as it tracks north through the western great lakes. this system will pull a strong cold front east across the area on thursday as it continues north into canada. high pressure will build overhead on friday then move to the east coast on saturday.

southwesterly flow develops on saturday ahead of the next shortwave trough that will move through the area saturday night. high clouds will overspread the area on saturday but precip will largely hold off until saturday night. temperatures will warm several degrees on saturday into 50s all areas.

Toledo may receive around 0.25 inches of rainfall between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
