a strong line of thunderstorms will sag south across the area this
afternoon. frequent lightning...brief heavy rains and wind gusts
in excess of 45 mph are likely as this line moves through. the
line is expected to push south across the toledo area by 3 pm and
will reach the bowling green and fremont areas by 4 pm. ponding of
water on roadways is likely as these storms move through. rainfall
rates will be as high as two inches per hour.

Outflow from storms moving over Toledo metro. Outflow dominant storms usually means much lower tornado threat. Where OFB is pulled back into the storm would be an area to watch, but still nothing significant showing up.

• at 156 PM EDT... severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Blissfield to near Delta to near Archbold...
  moving southeast at 15 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Monroe and southern Lenawee counties...

at 128 PM EDT... a line of thunderstorms producing brief weak
tornadoes is extending from near Maybee to Morenci... moving east at
25 mph.

Hazard... damaging tornado.

Source... law enforcement confirmed tornado.

Impact... flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs... windows... and vehicles will occur. Tree damage
is likely.

These tornadic storms will be near...
