No need to question the program. The program is solid.
Apr 29, 2016 - Toledo Blade - Groups pledge for equality
Lucas County commissioners and Toledo city officials pledged to stand against racism during a news conference Thursday at One Government Center.
Commissioners Pete Gerken, Carol Contrada, and Ms. Wozniak and Councilman Cecelia Adams signed a pledge to stand against racism.
Does that mean they were racists before they signed the pledge? I'm confused by this humanoid action.
On a related note :
The mayor said Toledo has “more than $750 million in street repairs that need funding,” but there is no money to repair residential streets in 2016.
I predict that in 2016, the city will sign more pledges than it fills potholes.
